ARTICLE 1 – Definitions
In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

Additional agreement: An agreement whereby the consumer acquires products, digital content, and/or services in connection with a distance contract, and these are delivered by the entrepreneur or a third party.

Withdrawal period: The period within which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

Consumer: A natural person not acting for trade, business, or profession.

Day: Calendar day.

Digital content: Data produced and delivered in digital form.

Long-term contract: A contract for supply of a series of products or services spread over a longer period.

Durable medium: Any tool that enables information storage for future access, e.g. email.

Right of withdrawal: The consumer’s right to withdraw from a distance contract.

Model withdrawal form: A form made available by the entrepreneur for withdrawal requests.

Entrepreneur: A person or legal entity offering products or services at a distance.

Distance contract: A contract concluded via distance communication only.

Means of distance communication: Any means to conclude a contract without both parties present.

General Terms and Conditions: These General Terms and Conditions of the entrepreneur.
Article 2 – Orders and Purchases
2.1 Orders

By placing an order, the customer accepts these general terms and conditions.

All orders are subject to approval by this shop.
2.2 Purchases

A purchase occurs once the order is approved and products delivered.

The customer must inspect products and report defects within a reasonable period.
Article 3 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between the webshop and the customer.

The store reserves the right to amend these terms with publication on the website.
Article 4 – Offer

All offers are valid during the specified period and while stocks last.

The store is not liable for typographical errors, image errors, or pricing errors.
Article 5 – Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the customer has accepted the offer.

The customer has 14 days to withdraw after receiving the products.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal

The customer may withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason.

Notification of withdrawal must be done by email or post.

The products must be returned within 14 days of notification.
Article 7 – Costs upon Withdrawal

The store will refund all payments, including delivery costs (except extra costs chosen by the customer).
Article 8 – Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Customized products, perishable items, or sealed goods broken after delivery are excluded.
Article 9 – Price

Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

The store may change prices, but not for ongoing agreements.
Article 10 – Conformity and Warranty

The store guarantees that products comply with the agreement.

Defects must be reported within a reasonable period.
Article 11 – Delivery and Execution

The store will aim to deliver within the specified times.

If delayed, support will notify the customer.
Article 12 – Long-term Agreements: Duration, Termination, and Renewal

Agreements longer than one year may be terminated after one year with one month’s notice.

Renewals will be communicated in a timely manner.
Article 13 – Payment

The customer must pay according to the stated payment methods.

Late payment allows the store to send reminders and charge interest.
Article 14 – Complaints Handling

The customer must report complaints promptly.

Support will attempt to resolve within 14 days.
Article 15 – Disputes

Parties will first seek an amicable solution.

If unresolved, the competent authority may be consulted.
Article 16 – Additional or Deviating Provisions

These agreements are subject to Dutch law.

Disputes shall be settled by the competent court in the webshop’s jurisdiction.
